The Tolleson Union High School board and superintendent have forgotten that they are overseeing a school district.

Our students are struggling academically and fundraising for extracurricular activities.

Meanwhile, Superintendent Calles, President Sun, and Vice President Chapman are leading the charge in approving million-dollar land purchases that do not benefit our students. They also engaged in a 99-year land lease with a low-income housing developer.

Who would make a loan to be paid back in 99 years?
Board President Leezah Sun and Vice President Steven Chapman are wrong for Tolleson Union High School District!

Not only have they engaged in unbelievable business deals, but they have also let the number one priority of the school district down: our students.

Throughout their tenures on the board, our students have continued to be misled, underfunded and essentially forgotten.

A change in leadership is needed now, before more damage is done.
